Favorite Artie Lange Moments

Whether or not you love or hate Artie Lange, he was a huge part of the Howard Stern show for nearly eight years. Personally I grew tired of the recent Artie Lange, but dispite his problems, he is a great comedian. Although no news has come out on his health or his status on the Stern show, I am going to list some of my favorite Artie Lange moments:

1. ARTIE PAYS $500 FOR A HOOKER - Even though Artie probably knew he was getting a hooker, the reaction from Howard and Robin was priceless. It is a great Artie Lange story.

2. ARTIE ATTACKS TEDDY - It probably not one of Artie's prouder moments on the Stern show, but it was one of the best for the radio listeners.

3. ARTIE VS. CRAZY ALICE - This is one of the greatest feuds of all time. Alice did not care how mean she got to Artie, she would always dish it back.

4. ARTIE TALKS ABOUT GODFATHER HIGH PITCH MIKE - I get bored easy with High Pitch Mike, but when he told the audience he was a godfather, it was classic Artie to quote from The Godfather in Mike's voice. Great bit!

5. ROAST OF ARTIE LANGE - I think this was Artie at the apex of his stint with Stern. Even though everyone ripped Lange apart, it was done with love. It was the best roast that Howard ever did.

6. ARTIE ADMITS TO USING HERION - Recently, I think Artie lied to audiences and Howard a lot. However, when Artie admits to using herion live on the air, we saw the most real Artie. It was a great Stern moment.

7. ARTIE ROBS A BANK - We have all heard and read this story countless times about Artie robbing a bank, but I never get tired hearing Artie tell the story.
