HAMANN GUARDIAN - exclusive Porsche Cayenne power pack with 550 turbo hp

Nothing is impossible - HAMANN sticks to this motto when presenting its extensive parts programme for the current Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Already since 1986, the company based in Laupheim develops products for refining sporty automobiles. The HAMANN technicians thereby draw their knowledge from hundreds of successful motor sports races. The competence gained there is the basis for the HAMANN refining programme. This results in powerful performance enhancements, aerodynamic components reducing uplifting forces and a firm sports brake system. Striking XXL light alloy rims and most precious interior modifications made of aluminium and carbon further extend the product range.

Haute Couture for Porsche SUV

With its new designer outfit, the HAMANN GUARDIAN turns into a striking eye-catcher for on- and off-road driving pleasures. Tailor made production and perfect surfaces underline the quality of the HAMANN aerodynamics kit. The far more extended front apron with larger air inlets is the core component of the dynamic front.

Integrated additional daylight running lights as well as full beam and fog lights in LED technology increase the passive safety. An ultra-light carbon bonnet with a slit "power dome" renders optimal ventilation of the front engine. The HAMANN GUARDIAN draws its virility from wing extensions with side skirts which extend the car by impressive 120 millimetres at the front axle and 160 millimetres at the back. The

HAMANN rear apron with an integrated diffuser perfects the superior appearance and provides room for the two central stainless steel end pipes measuring 120 millimetres in width, the highlight of the sonorous sports exhaust system.

Rich V-Sound renders pleasant goose pimples

Apart from excellent sound, the Southern German refiner puts special emphasis on an extensive performance increase. By combining the HAMANN components sports silencer, sports catalysts, sports air filter and an optimized engine map, a performance increase to 550 hp / 405 kW at 6,100 r.p.m. can be achieved. Also, the torque rises to enormous 770 Newton metres at 2,300 - 4,600 r.p.m. The modified Porsche-SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in only 4.6 seconds and increases its top speed up to 300 km/h.

MOV'IT CERAMIC sports brake and XXL designer wheels

The HAMANN GUARDIAN presents excellent deceleration measures due to a CERAMIC sports brake system which was developed in combination with MOV'IT. Brake discs measuring 420 x 40 mm (in the front) and 380 x 32 mm (in the back) are clamped by six front piston calipers and four rear piston calipers.

As the maximum wheel-tyre combination, the refining specialist recommends the ultra-light 11Jx23 inch rims Unique Forged which at that range are suitable for Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres sized 315/25 R23 and render a powerful, individual look. The virile appearance can be further enhanced by HAMANN underbody components. A sports module has been developed especially for the Cayenne's air suspension and thanks to this serial enhancement, the HAMANN Guardian can be lowered by up to 35 mm.

SUV with luxury ambience

HAMANN solely uses first class materials for its interior designs. Masterly stitched embroideries on the dash board and the seats further emphasise the beautiful overall impression of the full leather equipment. The ergonomically re-designed airbag steering wheel renders a comfortable grip. But this is not all: carbon component parts enhance the instruments and the centre consoles.

HAMANN HAWK based on the Mercedes SLS AMG

Geneva 2011: HAMANN HAWK - Precious bird of prey with 636 hp

An engine bursting with power wrapped into an exciting car body design coloured in Everose Gold. The Southern German specialist for exclusive automobile refinement, HAMANN Motorsport, turns the wing door Mercedes SLS AMG into the HAMANN HAWK with new plumage and significantly sharper talons.

Already in its basis version, the SLS provides a significant engine output. But the HAMANN engine department puts some additional power reserves into the V8 engine. The core part of the power enhancement is the high-performance exhaust system made out of titanium. In combination with new manifolds, sports catalysts and a sports air filter, this system also renders the earthy and powerful sound of the 6.2 litre aggregate. The components are precisely adjusted with the help of a new engine characteristic map for motor electronics. With a top performance of 636 hp / 468 kW and a maximum torque of 680 Nm at 4,850 r.p.m, the HAMANN engine exactly meets the wishes of its sports ambitious clientele. The performance enhanced wing door automobile provides first class measures. In race start mode, the two-seater accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.6 seconds and with a top speed of 320 km/h, the HAMANN HAWK also surpasses the basis model.

The superior driving performance is matched with a striking appearance and aerodynamics tested in the wind tunnel. The HAMANN HAWK front apron replaces the serial bumper and due to its shape it reduces the uplifting forces at the front axle. Larger air inlets in connection with a new LED lights unit give the two-seater an even more dynamic look. In addition, the enlarged air inlets provide better access for the engine's increased need for fresh air. Subsequently, the air is drawn out of new bonnet made of checkered flag carbon. Striking wing, 60mm on each front side and 70mm on each rear side, already render an impressive appearance even while the car has not started moving yet. Side skirts make the two-seater look additionally lower and more stretched and underline the rims. In order to perfectly balance out the downforce of the front- and rear axle, HAMANN gives the SLS a rear wing also made of checkered flag carbon. The new rear apron with the diffuser enhances the air flow under the bottom of the car and provides room for four enormous end pipes each measuring 90 mm in diameter.

In order to perfectly combine comfort and control, HAMANN uses the single-part, especially light forged wheels "Unique Forged Anodized" in 21 inches. These are fitted in 9Jx21 with tyres measuring 245/30 ZR 21 at the front and 12.5Jx21 with tyres measuring 345/25 ZR 21 at the rear axle.

The coilover kit has been especially refined for the HAMANN HAWK. Equipped with four height-adjustable dampers and four progressively wound springs, the centre of gravity can be lowered by up to 30 millimetres.

HAMANN entirely redesigns the interior of the SLS and turns it into a VIP lounge with motorsports characteristics. Most delicate leather and ultra-suede, applications and embroideries replace the serial interior. HAMANN additionally adorns the air inlets, door sill protectors and centre console with checkered flag carbon. Black anodized aluminium pedals render a comfortable grip. The technical highlight of the new interior is the new steering wheel which has been ergonomically redesigned.

With the Aventador LP 700-4, Automobili Lamborghini is redefining the very pinnacle of the world super sports car market - brutal power, outstanding lightweight engineering and phenomenal handling precision are combined with peerless design and the very finest equipment to deliver an unparalleled driving experience. With the Aventador, Lamborghini is taking a big step into the future - and building on the glorious history of the brand with the next automotive legend. The first customers will take delivery of the new Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 in late summer 2011.

The technology package of the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 is utterly unique. It is based on an innovative monocoque made from carbon-fiber that combines exceptional lightweight engineering with the highest levels of stiffness and safety. The new twelve-cylinder with 6.5 liters' displacement and 515 kW / 700 hp brings together the ultimate in high-revving pleasure with astonishing low-end torque. Thanks to a dry weight of only 1,575 kilograms (3,472 lb), which is extremely low for this class of vehicle, the weight-to-power ratio stands at only 2.25 kilograms per hp (4.96 lb/hp). Even the fantastic 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) acceleration figure of just 2.9 seconds and the top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph) do not fully describe the Aventador's extreme performance. And yet, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are down by around 20 percent compared with its predecessor, despite the considerable increase in power (+8%).

The ISR transmission is unique among road-going vehicles, guaranteeing the fastest shifting time (only 50 milliseconds) and a highly emotional shift feel, while the lightweight chassis with pushrod suspension delivers absolute handling precision and competition-level performance. The expressively-designed interior offers hi-tech features ranging from the TFT cockpit display with Drive Select Mode system. The Aventador will be built to the very highest quality standards in an all-new production facility in Sant'Agata Bolognese.

"With the Aventador LP 700-4, the future of the super sports car is now part of the present. Its exceptional package of innovative technologies is unique, its performance simply overwhelming," says Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini. "The Aventador is a jump of two generations in terms of design and technology, it's the result of an entirely new project, but at the same time it's a direct and consistent continuation of Lamborghini's brand values. It is extreme in its design and its performance, uncompromising in its standards and technology, and unmistakably Italian in its style and perfection. Overall, the dynamics and technical excellence of the Aventador LP 700-4 makes it unrivalled in the worldwide super sports car arena."

Aventador: the name of one of the most courageous of all bulls

According to its tradition, Lamborghini's new flagship bears the name of a bull - naturally, a particularly courageous specimen from the world of the Spanish Corrida. Aventador was the name of a bull that entered into battle in October 1993 at the Saragossa Arena, earning the "Trofeo de la Pena La Madronera" for its outstanding courage.

A sculpture of extreme dynamics

For Lamborghini, design is always the beauty of aggressive power, the elegance of breathtaking dynamics. From the very first glance, the new Aventador is unmistakably a Lamborghini, clothed in the brand's characteristic and distinctive design language - with its extremely powerful proportions, its exact lines and precise surfaces, and with taut muscularity in every one of its details. The designers in the Centro Stile Lamborghini have carefully developed this design language to give the Aventador a significant new edge. It is an avantgarde work of art, an incredibly dynamic sculpture, from the sharply honed front end through the extremely low roofline to the distinctive rear diffuser. Every line has a clear function, every form is dictated by its need for speed, yet the overall look is nothing less than spectacular and breathtaking.

The doors open upward - of course

Truly impressive proportions come from an overall length of 4,78 meters (188.19 in.) matched with an impressive width of 2,26 meters (88.98 in.) including the exterior mirrors, and further accentuated by an extremely low height of just 1.136 mm (44.72 in.). It goes without saying that both doors of the carbon-fiber monocoque open upward - a feature that was first introduced in the now legendary Countach and then used for subsequent V12 models such as Diablo and Murcielago. However, the Aventador also evokes its immediate predecessor the Murcielago - electronically managed air intakes open depending on the outdoor temperature and the need for cooling air, ensuring maximum aerodynamic efficiency. And for those whishing to flaunt the heart of their Lamborghini, the optional transparent engine bonnet exhibits the twelve-cylinder engine like a technical work of art in a display case.

Exclusive and high-tech interior

The Aventador's spacious interior combines the fine exclusivity of premium materials and perfect Italian craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology and generous equipment. The red switch cover on the broad center tunnel encloses the start button used to awaken the twelve-cylinder. The interior is dominated by a next-generation dashboard - as in a modern airplane, the instruments are presented on a TFT-LCD screen using innovative display concepts. A second screen is dedicated to the standard-fit multimedia and navigation system.

Carbon-fiber monocoque

The new Lamborghini flagship has a full monocoque. The entire occupant cell, with tub and roof, is one single physical component. This ensures extreme rigidity and thus outstanding driving precision, as well as an extremely high level of passive safety for the driver and his passenger. The entire monocoque weighs only 147.5 kilograms (325.18 lb).

The monocoque, together with the front and rear Aluminium frames, features an impressive combination of extreme torsional stiffness of 35,000 Newton meters per degree and weighs only 229.5 kilograms (505.9 lb).

Maximum revs, amazing sound

For the Aventador LP 700-4, the engineers in Lamborghini's R&D Department have developed a completely new high-performance power unit - an extremely powerful and high-revving, but very compact power unit. At 235 kilograms (518 lb), it is also extremely lightweight. A V12 with 515 kW (700 hp) at 8,250 rpm sets a whole new benchmark, even in the world of super sports cars. The maximum torque output is 690 Newton meters (509 lb-ft) at 5,500 rpm. The extremely well-rounded torque curve, the bull-like pulling power in every situation, the spontaneous responsiveness and, last but not least, the finely modulated but always highly emotional acoustics are what make this engine a stunning power plant of the very highest order.

Innovative transmission for maximum performance

Engineers at Lamborghini have created the perfect mate for the new twelve-cylinder engine with the highly innovative ISR (Independent Shifting Rods) transmission. The development objective was clearly formulated - to build not only the fastest robotized gearbox, but also to create the world's most emotional gear shift. Compared with a dual-clutch transmission, not only is the ISR gearbox much lighter, it also has smaller dimensions than a conventional manual unit - both key elements in the field of lightweight engineering for super sports cars.

Refined and safe with all-wheel drive

This kind of extreme power must be delivered reliably to the road. The driver of the Aventador LP 700-4 can depend fully on its permanent all-wheel drive - indicated by the 4 in the model designation. In the driveline, an electronically controlled Haldex coupling distributes the forces between front and rear. In a matter of milliseconds, this coupling adapts the force distribution to match the dynamic situation. A self-blocking rear differential together with a front differential electronically controlled by ESP make for even more dynamic handling. The Drive Select Mode System enables the driver to choose vehicle characteristics (engine, transmission, differential, steering and dynamic control) from three settings - Strada (road), Sport and Corsa (track) - to suit his individual preferences.

Pushrod suspension

Lamborghini has equipped its new V12 super sports car with an innovative and highly sophisticated suspension concept. The pushrod spring and damper concept was inspired by Formula 1 and tuned perfectly to meet the needs of a high-performance road-going vehicle. Together with aluminum double wishbone suspension and a carbon-fiber ceramic brake system, this lightweight chassis represents a further aspect of the new flagship's unique technology concept.

Extensive assistance and safety systems

In the hands of its driver, the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 is a high-precision machine - spontaneous, direct and always reliable. The driver is also assisted by the latest electronic systems such as the incredibly sporty, adjustable ESP system. When it comes to passive safety, front, head-thorax and knee airbags play their part alongside the extremely stiff carbon-fiber cell.

A rich and wide-ranging individualization program

A Lamborghini should always fit perfectly with the style and preferences of its owner. To this end, the range of individualization options is virtually inexhaustible. There is a selection of 13 production paint colors to choose from, three of which are highly sophisticated matt tones. A choice of two-tone interiors are offered with the "Sportivo" and "Elegante" versions, while a premium audio system and reversing camera are among the many technology options. And of course, the "Ad Personam" individualization program knows no limits when it comes to colors and materials.

NOVITEC ROSSO Tuning for the RACE 606 based on the Ferrari California

606 hp / 446 kW from an eight-cylinder supercharged engine propel it to a top speed of 325 km/h and its ultra-sporty racing suit with carbon-fiber components fits it like an aerodynamic second skin: The NOVITEC ROSSO RACE 606 based on the Ferrari California will celebrate its world debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2011.

At the heart of the supercar lies the supercharged 4.3-liter V8-engine, which the NOVITEC ROSSO specialists developed specifically for this front-engine sports car. This engine is available for the special model RACE 606 and for any standard California model.

The compressor system consists of a mechanical supercharger driven by the crankshaft via a cogged V-belt. It produces a maximum boost pressure of 0.4 bar. The conversion also includes a water-to-air intercooler, a newly designed intake manifold and larger injectors.

For better exhaust-gas flow the high-performance engine is fitted with a flap-controlled NOVITEC ROSSO high-performance exhaust system with sport catalysts. The stainless-steel exhaust system features four black-coated tailpipes and offers various sound settings that are controlled by the Manettino button on the steering wheel. The driver can choose between a more subdued and a markedly sporty exhaust note.

The high-tech components are coordinated by newly calibrated engine electronics that ensure extraordinary power yield, everyday suitability beyond reproach and compliance with strict Euro IV emission standards.

The NOVITEC ROSSO engine conversion bumps power output from standard 460 hp / 338 kW to 606 hp / 446 kW at 7,900 rpm. Simultaneously peak torque jumps from 485 Nm to 603 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

Powered by this engine the NOVITEC ROSSO RACE 606 delivers impressive performance: The sprint from 0 – 100 km/h takes less than 3.8 seconds. Top speed increases to 325 km/h.

At this level of performance favorable aerodynamic properties are essential. The NOVITEC ROSSO designers went into the wind tunnel to develop body components that further reduce lift on front and rear axle and thus contribute to further optimized directional stability at high speed.

All parts of the aerodynamic-enhancement package are made from matte clear-coated carbon-fiber, making them especially light and yet highly resistant. The front and rear spoilers together with the rear diffuser create an optimal aerodynamic balance and are essential for the racing look of the sports car. Rocker panel blades, side air outlets in the front fenders, mirror covers and the rear molding add further thrilling highlights.

Also made entirely from carbon fibers is the hood centerpiece, the radiator grille, the outer skin of the folding hardtop and the taillight surrounds.

The motorsports look is rounded out with a matte carbon-fiber coating of the three-piece NOVITEC ROSSO NF3 wheels. To further emphasize the wedge shape of the sports car the wheels were manufactured in a staggered combination of size 9Jx21 for the front and in size 11.5Jx22 for the rear axle. The matching PZero high-performance tires in sizes 255/30 ZR 21 and 315/25 ZR 22 are supplied by technology partner and Formula 1 supplier Pirelli.

Specifically calibrated to this tire/wheel combination are the NOVITEC ROSSO sport springs, which lower the ride height of the Ferrari by some 35 millimeters. They are combined with a feature designed to further improve any California's suitability for everyday use. The hydraulic front lift system is activated at the push of a button in the cockpit. It raises the front of the car by 40 millimeters and facilitates navigating speed bumps and parking garage ramps. At a second push of the button or automatically upon reaching a speed of 80 km/h the front reverts to its original position.

The interior of the NOVITEC ROSSO RACE 606 can also be customized extensively. The options include scuff plates made from the same material as the aerodynamic-enhancement components and longer shift paddles on the steering wheel.

Upon customer request NOVITEC ROSSO creates especially exclusive or extremely lightweight interiors in any desired color. Request for more individualization can be fulfilled with carbon-fiber elements that match the exterior and a safe-grip steering wheel covered with suede or Alcantara.

LUMMA CLR X 650 based on BMW X6

•Four individual Recaro sports seats dominate the car's interior
•Full bodykit with carbon underscores the vehicle's sporty character
•Power increased to 340 hp
•22 inch allow wheels with high-performance tyres

Not just two, but four individual Recaro sports shell seats characterise the interior of the LUMMA CLR X 650, based on the BMW X6. With this fantastic and unique feature, LUMMA Design has created a confident, sporty ambience in the car.

The interior's elegant flair is achieved with the leather upholstery in black and beige, complete with decorative seams in the contrasting colour. The diamond-shaped stitching in particular highlights the two tones used. The interior is perfected with the finest Alcantara, which LUMMA Design applies to the plastic coverings already in the standard model of the car. Then there's the ergonomically shaped and of course leather upholstered sports steering wheel (including an airbag) and the leather covered carbon-look interior ledges. The final touch to the car's interior upgrade is the colour coordinated instruments and the aluminium pedals with anti-slip rubber coating.

Yet the LUMMA X6 isn't just about an amazing interior; it also gives the driver a definite engine power boost. The automobile tuner from Winterlingen in Germany offers its LUMMA D-Box for all diesel engines. This means that drivers can now enjoy a full 340 hp (250 kW) while maximum torque has been increased to 670 Newton metres. The LUMMA accelerator pedal power module meanwhile ensures sportier response. In keeping with the increased power of the vehicle, the four-pipe sports exhaust roars from its matt black X6M-style tailpipes.

LUMMA Design manages to bring out the car's sporty nature visually too with its new bodykit. The front spoiler, rear bumper, side skirts, sporty looking bonnet and rear spoiler give the LUMMA CLR X 650 significantly more prestige. In addition, the real carbon applications, including the rear lip, mirror covers, front kidneys and headlamp visors further underscore the car's sporty aspirations.

Thanks to the sports spring kit at both axles, the LUMMA CLR X 650 is around 40 millimetres lower, promising even more agile driving. In this way, the LUMMA sports rims, size 10x22 inch at the front and 12x22 inch at the rear, together with the high-performance tyres of size 295/30 and 335/25, can use their maximum grip to deliver perfect handling.

With the transformed BMW X6, LUMMA Design proves that they are setting new benchmarks both for vehicles' interiors and exteriors. The individual components that make up the LUMMA CLR X 650 can be ordered from selected specialised stockists or directly from LUMMA Design's headquarters in Winterlingen.

Geneva 2011: New Porsche Cayenne is transformed into the LUMMA CLR 558 GT

•Two-tone interior made up of beige and black leather
•Comprehensive bodykit influences the car's sporty look
•Performance boost increases the power of the diesel engine to 276 hp
•22-inch alloy wheels

An exclusive interior incorporating the finest leather, a forward-looking bodykit and greater power are what characterise the LUMMA CLR 558 GT.

The interior showcases the high standards of LUMMA Design. Nowhere is this better exemplified than in the two-tone leather upholstery. The appearance of the stylish animal skins in both beige and black is further enhanced by the decorative seams in the contrasting colour. The diamond-shaped stitching in particular really shows off the lavish way in which leather is used in the car's interior. Then there's the fine Alcantara which covers all the interior's plastic coverings. The ergonomically shaped sports steering wheel (which includes an airbag) and the carbon-look interior ledges are also upholstered with leather. The colour-coordinated instruments and aluminium pedals with anti-slip rubber coating add further refinement to the car's interior.

But it's not just the car's interior where LUMMA Design makes an impression; the exterior too proves that the CLR 558 GT is a truly exclusive vehicle. The complete bodykit consists of the front spoiler, rear bumper, side skirts, sporty looking bonnet and rear spoiler. The sporty appearance of the fully revamped Cayenne is enhanced still further by its real carbon elements, with the car's rear lip, rear diffuser and front spoiler bottom all made from the ultra-light yet sturdy material.

The car's sports exhaust is unique. Not only does it make a thunderous sound; its three tailpipes also create a thoroughly distinct look, with the middle tailpipe of a diameter of 100 millimetres flanked by the two 80 millimetre ones.

The vehicle's engine power delivers what the car's appearance and sound promise. Thanks to the LUMMA D-Box, the power output of the 6-cylinder diesel engine is increased from 240 hp (176 kW) to 276 hp (203 kW) while its maximum torque now reaches 630 Newton metres compared with the previous version's 550 Nm. To ensure that the electronic accelerator pedal works more immediately, the tuning company has fitted its own LUMMA accelerator pedal power module.

The car's electronic suspension lowering module ensures particularly agile cornering ability. LUMMA Design uses this at the standard air suspension system on both axles to lower the Cayenne by around 40 millimetres, thereby achieving significantly sportier handling on winding country roads. This allows the high-performance tyres (in sizes 295/30 at the front and 335/25 at the rear) to work especially well on the 10x22 inch and 12x22 inch LUMMA sports rims.

With its latest offering, LUMMA Design has managed to transform the standard Porsche into a unique sports car. The utterly distinctive looking bodykit and the exclusive interior are the highlights in the vehicle's upgrading to a LUMMA CLR 558 GT. The individual components can be ordered from selected specialised stockists or directly from LUMMA Design's headquarters in Winterlingen, Germany.
